The Hush Club first arrived in Brighton in 2009 as a collaboration between DJ’s passionate about collecting truly original vinyl. The brainchild of established DJ Milton Wright; the Hush Club is a place for true music collectors, friends and Lovers of good Music to meet and appreciate an authentic, original sound of 50’s and early 60’s RnB, Gospel, Rockin’ Blues and Ska.

The club has been held in many venues and has featured an influx of DJ talent from across the UK, helping to ensure that each night offers a unique and varied experience. The Hush Club s now located at a new basement venue with bar and plenty of room to dance; we aim for it to get pretty sweaty like the clubs back in the day.

The emphasis is on 50’s and early 60’s RnB, Gospel, Rockin’ Blues and Ska.
With some of Brighton’s best DJs: Milton Wright will be joined by Tim North, Max Knight and Harley Peters
All played on original 45s with a late licence till 3.30am!
A club night not a pub night.
