Skilled Chef Required for Kitchen Franchise Opportunity at The Three Graces, Hove
Inn Brighton are a large pub company with 46 houses throughout central Brighton & Hove. We are currently recruiting chefs who are interested in franchising food venues. An excellent skill-set, flair, passion, drive and an eye for business are essential.
We currently have an urgent opening for The Three Graces pub in Portland Rd, Hove. This is a superb residential pub with lots of room for growth. You will have previous experience designing menu concepts, understanding food costings and gross profit margins - and be able to manage yourself, your stock and your staff. You will be expected to work closely with the management team to provide high quality food solutions for this particular venue. Capital is required for your start-up costs.
