Chris Wheeler, founder of the renowned Heritage Orchestra invites you for a workshop, exclusively at Jam, this coming Thursday, 3rd June. Come along, hear how he made his dreams a reality and share in his conviction of making the impossible happen. The Heritage Orchestra, a 21st century orchestra that collaborates with cutting-edge artists to create new work in the mainstream, cult, popular and experimental sides of music and art.
The workshop is FREE ENTRY and we are offering FREE FOOD and DRINKS from 6.30pm! A limited edition book will also be available.

To mark the launch of its CR-Z, the world’s first sporty hybrid coupe, and in keeping with its power of dreams philosophy, Honda has gathered together 26 of the UK’s leading creative minds to create an exhibition and limited edition book. Leading lights and burgeoning talents in film, music, art, design, activism and more have gathered together for this project to showcase their work and encourage debate and, we hope, form new alliances.
Termed ‘Cultural Leaders’ [http://www.dreamfactoryuk.com/cultural-leaders/] and ‘Cultural Engineers [http://www.dreamfactoryuk.com/cultural-engineers/] ’ these people are creating culture from the ground up, driving innovative projects that have the potential to change the world – or at least their corner of it.
During the workshop, Chris will talk about his work with the orchestra, why he set it up and what he had to achieve, as well as take questions from the audience. Attendees will also receive copies of the limited edition (just 1000 copies) Dream Factory Annual, featuring work from The Heritage Orchestra and others as diverse as Guerilla Gardener, Richard Reynolds; street culture and Urban Cookbook writer King Adz; SingStar developer, Paulina Bozek; artist Kevin Harman; Colalife’s Simon Berry; arts network Agents of Change and many, many more.
