Bar B Q Shack comes to The Globe

We are very excited to announce the launch of our brand new kitchen – Bar-B-Q Shack! Famous for their authentic American pit BBQ techniques, you can find things on the menu such as classic pulled pork sandwiches, oak smoked beef brisket and their huge 9 bar BLT burger. The barbecued meats are all slow smoked which makes them mouth wateringly tender and succulent.

They also make their own delicious sauces, hot barbecue, white Alabama barbecue sauce and a mustard barbecue sauce to name but a few.

Vegetarians need not fear as Bar-B-Q Shack boasts one of the best veggie burgers around, a spicy bean burger in a nacho crumb, topped with salsa and guacamole!

John – the man behind Bar-B-Q Shack - has a wealth of barbecuing awards to his name including British BBQ Society Champion 2010, and his food was recently given an amazing review in Jay Rayner's Observer column.
