Quadrant To Host Craft Beer Tasting Night
Mark Tranter (Head Brewer at Dark Star) has agreed to host a craft beer night at the Quadrant on Thursday 11th October @ 8pm.
The night will involve a tasting session of a number of Dark Star beers in conjunction with an informative talk on craft ale, the brewing process, ingredients and development of new beers.
The night will be ticketed @ £5 per head (which will entitle people to free drinks throughout the tasting session & talk) tickets will be available to purchase over the bar.
