A cosy, relaxed, pub tucked away behind Kemp Town village. Stuffed full of memorabilia, and also boasting the coveted green sofa, everyone's welcome in this "cast iron killer local" (The Brighton Source). A selection of well-kept ale is served on rotation, as well as hearty roasts each Sunday. Smokers are kept warm in the 70-seater beer garden at the rear. Children are welcome until 8pm, and baby changing facilities are provided - alongside colouring books and board games. NHS discounts for hospital workers all day every day.

We can accommodate up to 40 people seated or 50 standing. Although we don't have a separate function room, we do have one half of the bar that can be closed off for private parties.
The kitchen is open seven days a week, and we have various menus options available. For bigger parties we will request a pre-order. The chef will also offer a choice of buffets options of £5, £8 and £10 per head.
