Close to the North Laine and the Station but situated away from the main nightlife spots, the Three Jolly Butchers is particularly busy at lunchtimes and early weekday evenings. They serve food (from ciabattas, fresh soups and salads to pub grub like honey roast ham, egg & chips and homemade burgers) seven days a week, with an excellent brunch menu. Everything on the menu is freshly made on the premises – the managers also run the adjacent sandwich shop which shares the same name. The Butchers is also one of the few pubs in Brighton to offer a weekend happy hour.
The whole pub is available for private hire on Saturdays and Sundays.
