With its 500-seater open air patio, open from 11am throughout the summer, Gemini dwarves every other beer garden in the city. There are spectacular views too, of sunsets and starlings over the West Pier... not to mention the staff... Look out for the cocktail jugs, the food menu and the live bands, who play for free at weekends. And it's table service, so there's never a wait for the bar. They are involved in a number of major local events, including Brighton Festival, Great Escape, the London to Brighton Bike Ride and Paddle Round the Pier.
